2. Account Usage

• You must provide accurate information
• You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe
• You may delete your account at any time

3. Acceptable Use

Do not upload illegal or unauthorized content. No abuse, spam, or misuse of the service.

4. Document Handling

You retain ownership of uploaded/forwarded content. We use AI to organize and classify documents, under your control.

5. Payments

The service is free during beta. Paid plans may be introduced with clear terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for abuse. You may close your account anytime and request data deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide Jolyne.ai "as-is" and are not liable for any direct or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be resolved in Brussels courts.
